March of Dimes

March of Dimes Group

Trover is proud to work closely with the March of Dimes and supports its mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

One in seven babies in Kentucky is born premature and that number is on the rise in many areas. Through research, professional and public education, community grant-giving, NICU, family support, and advocacy, the March of Dimes is working to improve the health of babies both nationally and in the Commonwealth.

At the Center for Women's Health, you'll find our providers are committed to helping moms have stronger, healthier babies. In May, Trover sponsored and hosted the Hopkins County March for Babies. More than $18,000 was raised — a $7,000 increase over the previous year.

The Center for Women's Health at Trover was recently selected as a March of Dimes grantee to implement CenteringPregnancy to help prevent preterm births. For more information on Centering, please click here.
