For more than 13 years Trover Clinic OccuCare has provided employers with high quality injury/illness prevention and treatment plans to help keep employees healthy and on the job. From basic tests and screenings to in-depth physical and occupational therapy, we have the full spectrum of occupational medicine services.

The Trover Clinic OccuCare Department is backed by more than 100 physicians in over 35 specialties. Orthopedists, ophthalmologists, surgeons and many other specialists are on hand to assist in the evaluation and treatment of your employees, if necessary.

We also offer employee wellness services such as cholesterol screenings and tobacco cessation programs that educate employees about health risk factors and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Mobile Hearing Unit

Trover Health System Occupational Medicine Department provides a mobile hearing unit to industry in western Kentucky, western Tennessee and southern Indiana.  Our organization provides flexible onsite hearing testing services, which are designed to be in full compliance with  OSHA regulations 1910.95 for hearing conservation. As a full service provider, we can accommodate 20 to 25 employees per hour in our sound proof booths.  Detailed reports that meet all OSHA requirements will then be provided to your organization within 21 days of the conclusion of testing. The cost for this service is $15.00 per person with a minimum amount of 80% per number of employees quoted.  We also charge a fuel surcharge of $50.00 per site visit.

Dr. DeRegis completed his residency at Pinnacle Health Hospitals in internal medicine and occupational medicine at the University of Cincinnati

Dr. Lee, Jr., Richard B. Occupational Medicine
Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, KY. He completed his residency in family practice at Trover Health System in Madisonville, KY.
