Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group

ECOG - 3598 - Lung Cancer - A phase III trial of carboplatin, paclitaxel, and thoracic radiotherapy, with or without thalidomide, in patients with stage III NSCLC.

ECOG - 1697 - Melanoma - A phase III randomized study of four weeks high dose IFN-2 b in stage T3-T4 or N1 (microscopic) melanoma.

ECOG - 4402 - Randomized phase III trial comparing two different Rituximab dosing regimens for patients with low tumor burden indolent non-hodgkin's lymphoma.

CALGB 40101/CTSU 40101 - Breast Cancer - Cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin (CA) (4 vs.6 cycles) versus paclitaxel (4 vs.6 cycles) as adjuvant therapy for women with node-negative breast cancer: A 2 x 2 factorial phase III randomized study.

NCIC CTG TRIAL: MA.27 - Breast Cancer - A randomized phase III trial of exemestane versus anastrozole with or without celecoxib in postmenopausal women with receptor positive primary breast cancer.

NCCTG - N0147 - A randomized phase III trial of irinotecan (CPT-11) and/or oxalplatin (OXAL) plus 5-FU/leucovorin (CF) with or without cetuximab (C225) after curative resection for patients with stage III colon cancer.

NSABP B-35 - A clinical trial comparing Anastrozole with Tamoxifen in postmenopausal patients with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) undergoing lumpectomy with radiation therapy.

SWOG - S0226 - Phase III randomized trial of Anastrozole versus Anastrozole and Fulestrant as first line therapy for post menopausal women with metastatic breast cancer.

SWOG - S0221 - Phase III trial of continuous schedule AC + G Vs. Q 2 week schedule AC, followed by paclitaxel given either every 2 weeks or weekly for 12 weeks as post-operative adjuvant therapy in node-positive or high risk node negative breast cancer.

SWOG S0124 - Randomized phase III trial of Cisplatin and Irinotecan versus Cisplatin and Etoposide in patients with extensive stage cell lung cancer.

Other Clinical Trials

Type II Diabetic: Not currently on insulin (or in the past 60 days.) Males and/or females, 18-78 years old, and do not consider your diabetes well controlled. Be able to make 13 visits in 69 weeks to complete the study visits.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (with diarrhea not constipation) for at least 6 months: females 18 or older with access to a phone and willing to make daily phone calls to report symptoms during the study. Be able to make 5 visits to the doctor over 19 weeks.

Chronic Low Back Pain: Men or women between the ages of 18-65 with chronic low back pain and able to stop your current medication to try a new drug for low back pain. Study medication will be taken for 12 weeks. Be able to make 8 visits to the doctor over 16-20 weeks.

Functional Dyspepsia: Men or women between the age of 18 and 75 years old have has symptoms of functional dyspepsia for at least 12 weeks within the past year. Be able to make 9 visits of approximately 24-weeks.
